Our release cycles are dependent on magnitude of updates and the impact to the software with details of each release below.
A quarterly release schedule reflects our dedication to providing a cutting-edge and user-friendly experience for our clients. Stay tuned for exciting updates and improvements as we continue to refine and elevate the KerusCloud SaaS experience.

- We will maintain regular communication to ensure full visibility and aspire to proactively inform users, where possible, to any changes.
- We will make the change as seamless as possible with minimal impact to service.
- Where action is required to ensure existing projects continue to work, we will issue instructions requesting users to take action and provide full support.
Major Releases
Section titled “Major Releases”While KerusCloud is offered as a SaaS solution, significant new features and functionality are nominally tied to a quarterly release update cadence. This helps ensure KerusCloud stays at the forefront of innovation. With each major update, our users can anticipate a range of enhancements, including the latest statistical analysis, security fortifications, and performance optimisations.
Our commitment to you:
- We will notify users and any supporting departments via email of any known disruption to KerusCloud as far in advance as possible.
- We will notify users and any supporting departments via email and in-app notifications of any upcoming updates to KerusCloud as far in advance as possible, inclusive of providing release notes.
- The most recent release notes will be available on our documentation site.
Minor Releases & Patches
Section titled “Minor Releases & Patches”To ensure KerusCloud consistently evolves to meet the ever-changing demands of the digital landscape and ensure the most up-to-date security fixes we may also have minor releases and patches outside the quarterly release cycle. This ensures robust software and also allows us to swiftly address user feedback and industry trends.

- We will continuously monitor all third party services KerusCloud employs, and adopt most recent versions where performance improvements are made or any security risks are identified.
