The Dashboard

Logging in to KerusCloud shows the dashboard, which provides an overview of the current user’s tasks, projects, notifications, and recent activities.

The KerusCloud menu is found on the left-hand side of the application and has links to navigate to the dashboard and project list. The menu can be collapsed by clicking the blue circle to the right of the KerusCloud logo. Hovering the mouse cursor over the collapsed menu will temporarily expand it and clicking the blue circle again will leave it expanded when the cursor is moved away.

The dashboard shows the status of any tasks which have been initiated in the projects the user has access to and shows how many tasks are in each of the three task stages (In Progress, Pending and Complete).

Within KerusCloud all users are members of one organisation. Kerus Credits are allocated to an organisation at the time it is registered. All users have a view of the existing Kerus Credits level for their organisation. Given the specific project inputs, an internal algorithm calculates how many Kerus Credits are required to run the KerusCloud functional tasks, this is displayed on the applicable Review pages. On completion of running the functional tasks, the Kerus Credits are decremented by the number of credits required to run the tasks. Additional Kerus Credits can be allocated to an organisation by contacting Exploristics.

The Project Quick Access section shows up to five projects that the user has access to, shown with favourites first, and then most recently edited, and a button for the creation of a new project.

The Notifications section provides the user with information on KerusCloud, including service updates.

The Recent Activity section shows activity carried out by anyone who has been set up as a Contributor on any project the current user has access to.
