Project Report

The Project Report can be created any time during the project’s lifecycle, via the Generate Report button on the Project board. The Project Report will contain an overview of all the information currently entered in the project. On clicking the Generate Report button, the file is created and the button then becomes the Download button. The report can be downloaded as a PDF document by clicking the Download button. If a project is updated after a report has been generated, the Download button will revert to the Generate Report button so that a report capturing the project updates can be generated. Given a report for a completed project, an independent user would be able to recreate the original project – the completed report will not contain any results or visualisations information.
